Kitchen Concepts & Interior World, trading as KCIW and operating as a unit of Radhey Krishna Aluminium, was established in 2007 at Chanderpuri, Roorkee, Uttarakhand. We were the first company in Roorkee to introduce the concept of modular kitchens and wardrobes, and we have since grown into a trusted name for complete interior and exterior design solutions across Uttarakhand.

Acceptance of These Terms
When you visit our website, walk into our showroom, contact us for a quote, confirm a project, or make a payment — you agree to the terms written in this document. Please read them carefully.
If any part of these terms is not acceptable to you, kindly refrain from proceeding with our services. We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the latest version on our website. Using our services after any update means you accept the revised terms.
Our Products and Services
KCIW provides the following interior and exterior design products and services:

All services are offered subject to site feasibility, material availability, and a signed project agreement between KCIW and the customer. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, with any advance payment returned in full.
Quotation, Pricing and Payment
Quotation Validity
All written quotations issued by KCIW are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless a different validity is clearly mentioned in the document. After this period, prices may change due to material costs or other factors, and a fresh quotation will be required.
Pricing and GST
All prices quoted by KCIW are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST is charged at the government-notified rate applicable to each product or service category at the time of invoicing.
Payment Schedule
A booking advance of 50% of the confirmed project value is required before work begins. The remaining balance is payable as per the payment schedule mentioned in the signed project agreement. Work will commence only after receipt of the booking advance.
Price Revision
In exceptional cases involving significant increases in raw material costs, government-imposed duties, or other unavoidable circumstances, KCIW reserves the right to revise prices. Any revision will be communicated in writing before the work affected by the price change is carried out.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, demand draft, and UPI. Cash transactions are subject to applicable income tax regulations under Indian law. We do not store any debit/credit card details on our systems.
Delayed Payments
If a payment due as per the project agreement is not received within 7 working days of the due date, KCIW reserves the right to pause work on the project. Delays or losses arising from work suspension due to non-payment are the client’s responsibility, and KCIW shall not be held liable for the same.
Project Execution and Timelines
Timelines shared with customers are estimated and based on normal working conditions. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as supplier delays, weather conditions, labour disruptions, or client-side delays. KCIW will communicate any significant delay at the earliest.
The client is responsible for ensuring the installation site is clean, accessible, and ready on the agreed date. Any delay in site preparation that postpones our team’s visit may result in rescheduling at the next available slot.
Any addition to or change in the scope of work after project confirmation must be agreed upon in writing. Such changes will be quoted separately and will not be covered under the original project amount or timeline.
Natural materials such as wood, stone, and veneers have inherent variations in grain, colour, and texture. These are characteristics of the material and will not be treated as manufacturing defects.
Warranty and After-Sales Support
KCIW stands behind the quality of its work. The following warranty terms apply:
Hardware and Fittings
Branded hardware products such as hinges, drawer channels, and lift systems from Hettich and Hafele come with manufacturer warranties as per their respective terms — typically 5 to 10 years. Appliances from Faber and Elica carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty. We will facilitate warranty claims on your behalf.
Workmanship Warranty
KCIW provides a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation for cabinet structures. This covers defects arising from our manufacturing and installation process.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or physical impact
- Water damage from flooding, leakage, or plumbing failure not caused by KCIW
- Pest damage (termites, borers, etc.)
- Modifications made by the client or a third party after installation
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Cosmetic variations in natural materials (wood grain, stone veining)
Raising a Warranty Claim
To raise a warranty claim, contact us in writing at vishalrka@gmail.com or call 9927005341 within the warranty period. Our team will inspect the issue within a reasonable timeframe and carry out valid repairs at no charge.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Customer
If you cancel within 7 days of paying the booking advance and before any material has been procured or manufacturing has begun, we will refund 75% of the advance paid. After 7 days or once material procurement or manufacturing has started, no refund will be applicable.
Customised and Made-to-Order Products
Products manufactured specifically to your measurements and design specifications are non-refundable once production has started, as they cannot be resold or repurposed. Please review your designs and measurements carefully before giving written confirmation.
Cancellation by KCIW
In rare circumstances where KCIW is unable to fulfil your order, we will refund the full advance amount within 15 working days. We will also notify you in writing with the reason for cancellation.
Refund Processing
All applicable refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 15 working days from the date of approval.
Intellectual Property
All content on the KCIW website — including photographs, project images, 3D renders, design concepts, text, logos, and brand identity — is the property of KCIW / Radhey Krishna Aluminium. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without our written permission is strictly prohibited.
3D designs, floor plans, and custom design proposals created by KCIW for a specific project remain our intellectual property until the client has made full and final payment. After full payment, the client owns the physical installation but not the design files unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
KCIW’s maximum financial liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount the client has paid for the specific service in dispute.
We are not liable for indirect losses including lost business, lost profits, project delays caused by third parties or circumstances outside our control, or any loss arising from the use of information on our website.
Our website is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors. KCIW is not responsible for any loss or damage to your device arising from using our website.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us — name, phone number, address, or project details — is used only to provide our services and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy published on our website.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and more specifically the laws applicable in the State of Uttarakhand.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India.
